What we may be able to produce
TSUJIMOTO DENIM FACTORY is a denim sewing factory in Noshiro, Akita, Japan. We review materials, specifications, patterns, sewing details, quantity and timeline for each project. Different silhouettes and product types can be discussed according to the project.
Jeans
Straight, tapered, wide, flare and workwear-inspired jeans can be discussed.
Denim jackets
Fabric, pockets, buttons, stitching, lining and construction details are reviewed before production.
Shirts
Denim shirts, chambray shirts and work shirts may be possible depending on the project.
Details
Patches, tabs, rivets, buttons, embroidery, washing, finishing and label attachment can be discussed.

First-time overseas orders
For first-time overseas orders, payment is generally required in advance. We produce a paid sample so you can review specifications and finish before full production. Sample cost depends on materials, specifications and processing.
Sample and production payments are generally processed through our Shopify online store. Order details, amount, payer information and the responsible contact person are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Before sending an inquiry
Product photos alone may not be enough to confirm construction, materials, finishing, cost or timeline. If possible, send specification sheets, measurements, reference photos, material information and a physical reference product. Feasibility depends on our equipment, process and schedule.
